Conditions of reservations

The Reservations should be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Our prices do not include taxes : lodging (3%), GST (5%) and PST (7,5%).

The hotel is fully non smoking.

Our rates are based on single occupancy (1 person), double (2 persons) or triple (3 persons).

A fee of $ 10 CAD per additional person will be charged upon arrival.

No charge for children age 6 and under, if no extra bed is required.

For groups, long week-ends, holidays, flat rates, promotions, or long stays (5 nights and more), 50% non refundable deposit will be charged upon reservation.

Special policy applies to certain holidays & special events : - Nascar and Grand Prix: the minimum stay is 3 nights, charged in advance and non refundable, cancellations will not be refunded.
