No cancellation fee 72 hours prior the date of arrival, otherwise 1 night will be charged (12: 00 AM ET).
To guarantee your reservation, in case of no show, the total amount of stay will be charged.
For groups, long week-ends, holidays, packages, promotions or long stays (5 nights and more), 50% non refundable deposit will be charged upon reservation.
FOR THE DATES OF THE MONTREAL GRAND PRIX ALL RESERVATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED. THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED UPON RESERVATION.
The cancellation of a reservation must be done by telephone or fax, your cancellation is valid if you have a cancellation number provided by the Hotel.
